At Electrum Tattoo Wholesale & Supply, we stand by the quality of our professional products and offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened equipment and supplies. Please note that certain items like pigments and needles are non-returnable if the factory seal is broken due to health and safety regulations.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box to ensure efficient processing.
Ship Items Back
Send your return to our designated distribution center using a trackable shipping method; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for integrity, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit within 5-7 business days.
